A Death Foreordained is my entry in a 48-hour game jam hosted by RPGDX. The theme was “lofi,” and as you can see, it’s pretty graphically simple. My goal was to make a arcade/RPG hybrid, but it ended up turning out a bit more arcadey than I wanted.
In A Death Foreordained, the player takes control of an agent sent back in time to assassinate a political figure. It is based loosely on the Philip K. Dick short story “The Skull.”

Just wanted to pop in and say I really appreciated this game. I’d read a few of PKD’s stories, but only read “The Skull” after playing this…which should be taken as a great compliment. Keep making them and I’ll keep playing them.
